When you visit Google and you type in a certain drug that you want to find more information about, you usually come up with thousands of results. If you visit a drug website, you will either find an alphabet of drugs with small descriptions, a drug database with a large description including side effects, drug interactions, etc– or you will find a pill identification guide, that if you find a pill somewhere and you want to know more about it, you can simply type in the numbers or letters that are on the pill and find out which medication it is.
Drug Content will have all of that in one place. However it’s going to be run a little differently than other sites. Drug Content will become a large learning environment for everyone, but I am a fun person, so I am going to make it fun, but professional at the same time. Let’s start off with what this website offers and will offer…
What Drug Content (drugcontent.com) Currently Offers:
Drug Content- Drug Content offers drug content (no pun intended), and while there are so many drugs out there, I am going to do my best to add all of the popular drugs that are searched the most, and then focus on other drugs. I will be searching for the top 100 drugs that are prescribed in the USA, and around the world. After I have added all of these drugs, other random drugs will be added daily.
Videos- The internet is filled with loads of videos, so I went onto YouTube and found a bunch of drug related videos. Yes, I did credit the videos to their rightful owner. The videos can be found at the top of the website titled: “Videos”, and aside from the information that is and will be on this website, you all can learn a lot from the videos.
Links- There are links to different types of drug websites at the top of Drug Content. Like I said before, you will naturally either find one thing or the other, well most of the popular drug websites are in this section.
Contact Me- If you have any questions what-so-ever, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am available most of the time, and I will usually respond to people’s emails within 24 hours, if not a lot sooner. If there is a site problem or you have a certain question about drugs that cannot be found on this website, you may ask me and I will gladly explain anything to you.
About Me- A website isn’t a website without an “About me” page. I will be adding a lot more to this page, but as of right now, I added the basics. I figured people would like to know who’s behind all of the content here at Drug Content. Well I will begin by saying that as of right now, it is only myself– so put yourself in my shoes. I wish I could add content even faster than I already am, but unfortunately I cannot.
Differences Between Blog Posts and Drug Information- When you see a post under the category of “Blog Posts”, it means that I am explaining either what I did that day, or just rambling on. Just a way for me to rant to everyone, that’s all.
Drug Quotes- I thought this would be cool, so I figured I’d add a “Drug Quotes” widget to the right side of the website. I will be adding many more quotes to the database, I just need to find more. Enjoy!
Recent Comments- Once this site becomes more popular, recents comments will be placed on the left side of the website under “Archives”.
Pill Identification- I am really going to enjoy this a lot. Remember when I said that things would be done a little differently here, well this is the main reason why. Rather than adding a “Pill Identification” page to the site, there will be occasional days where I will add a post under the “Pill Identification” category with random drugs in it. They all will be tagged so if you search on the web for a certain pill type, it will come up with no problem. This is going to be called: “Pill Identification Time!”
